The nearest airport is in Ontario, California. Although
you can fly into Burbank, Los Angeles International (LAX), Long
Beach, or Orange County (John Wayne). All these airports have
shuttle service with Super Shuttle or Express Shuttle that will
bring you to Mankowski Homes.
If you are driving, Citrus Avenue is an exit from both the 10 and
the 210 freeways. (The exit on the 10 is called Citrus Street.)
Take the Citrus exit north from either freeway. If you exit from
the 210 heading west, your exit comes to a stop light on a frontage
road (Baseline) first. Take that frontage road to the west for
a long block and then turn right on Citrus Avenue at a stoplight.
As you drive north on Citrus, about 4 miles from the 10 and a mile
and a half from the 210, you are getting close when you pass Azusa
Pacific University on your right. Then you will come to a stoplight “T-intersection” at
Citrus and Foothill with a billboard for Citrus College on your
right.. Continue north, and the entrance to Mankowski Homes is
on your left (the west side of Citrus Ave.) just before Citrus
ends and the road curves to the east. If you get to the Calvary
Lutheran Church, turn around and come back. You’ve just passed
the entrance to Mankowski Homes.
We are a gated community, and the gate is closed after dusk. If
you’ll be arriving after 4:30 pm, you need to make arrangements
for the gate to be open for you. Call the manager at 800.962.6298.
